Implementing a new ERP solution is often a stressful situation for the business organization. The most common fear of a coworker is that he or she is not comfortable with the routine. With LogIN you are not alone. Our customer support department, in collaboration with the project manager, will guide you right from the start through hands-on training and enhanced customer support in the first months of use.

No matter how long you are using our ERP solution, there may be a need for additional training in one segment of the ERP solution where new or existing employees may not have performed well.

The training can be organized in the way to best suit our client’s needs – at Login’s or Client’s site. You are able to affordably train as many – or as few – employees as you’d like, while customizing to your precise needs. Also, in the event of individual training and customer support, we very often provide remote support using Team Viewer, which has proven to be very efficient and cost effective (no travel costs) so far.

In addition to our standard application customer support, which will encourage you during your work and assist you in the event of errors and possible malfunctions in the system, our helpdesk team consists of experienced staff and experts in the field of retail, production, materials control, accounting and finance, human capital and payroll, understanding very well your business processes and the nature of your workplace.

Customer support is organized on weekdays from 08:00-16:00. Temporary or permanent on-call services can be arranged.

Support is provided by phone or email in the following models:

Standard Support: Refers solely to providing application support contained in the operating instructions, bug fixes, deletion and data entry that the user is not able to perform independently through the application interface.

  • Harmonization of the program with all legal changes from the domain of program operation
  • Upgrade to the latest versions of the program
  • Access to the ON LINE Help desk, video instructions
  • Ticketing system – request status
  • Standard Support is Included in the cost of maintaining licenses

Expert Support:  To be contracted separately at a cost of 400.00 HRK / hour and refers to providing advisory support. The beneficiary can contract support on a flat-rate basis at the monthly level at the price of 400,00 kn / hour or ad-hoc for the prices of 500,00 kn / hour.  Monthly minimum unit is 30 minutes.

License maintenance and legal compliance – localization

ERP VIRGA is a localized business software solution for the markets of Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. Some parts of the system have also been adapted for the needs of, for example, the German legal requirements and regulations of the Scandinavian countries.

According to the needs and requirements of the users, we are able to further develop and localize ERP VIRGA for the needs of the country of the customer’s company and its affiliates. Upon the introduction of the system into your business and during the contractual relationship, we will take care of legal compliance and license maintenance in accordance with the provisions of the countries where You operate.

System maintenance services are performed from Monday to Friday 08:00: 16:00. The required level of support services is as follows:

  • the response time of the Supplier depends on the level of criticality of the problem reported
  • the maximum tolerance for inactivity, that is, the unavailability of the System is three (3) working days, problem solving within 10 (ten) working days
  • to each written user notification relating to the requirements for the completion of the System, the Supplier has to respond in writing within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the user notification.

The Supplier undertakes to deliver the agreed modifications to the System within 90 working days from the date of specification approval.

Additional hours of support provided are calculated on a monthly basis separately, according to the price list of additional services.

The standard response time and time for correcting the problem of the application solution “Virga” itself that is described is included in the following table:

The Supplier is not responsible for any problems in the operation of the System caused by problems of the server and / or network infrastructure and / or technology platform of the User or the involved third party, in which case the response time provisions and required service levels are not enforced.
