VIRGA is available on a Public Cloud (Multi Tenant) where licenses are only used in the SaaS model. VIRGA is, as well, available in a Single Tenant Cloud, so to say, Private Cloud model, where customers buy perpetual VIRGA application licenses.

We are providing our applications with flexible monthly payment plan and without a contractual obligation in the long run.

During the first months of operational work ad-hoc workshops and enhanced support in the form of remote desktop workshops, using Team Viewer applications, are organized.

During the implementation we make sure that the activities and the transition to the new ERP solution take place in parallel and in order of priority.
Only the duration and completion of the implementation depends on the width of the contracted VIRGA solution modules and can vary between 2 weeks and several months (successive deployment) without jeopardizing the operational work.

Currently, the production environment is located in the Login Cloud Data Center in the Rijeka area.
In addition, an redundant equipment and up-to-date backup of data is located on separate computing capacities with supporting infrastructure at a remote location in Zagreb (disaster recovery system)
as an essential element of the whole system that enables the maximum level of information security according to ISO27001:2013 standards.

2020. VIRGA Cloud environment will migrate to the Public ORACLE Cloud, providing users with an even higher level of security and accessibility.

The VIRGA application and database, which you access from a remote location from anywhere in the world, whether VIRGA is in the LogIN Cloud data center or in ORACLE Cloud, gives you equivalent performance,
reliability and system speed regardless of his load.

All hardware and system components are included in the Virga Cloud computing infrastructure. We attach great importance to the security and protection of your data in all stages of development,
implementation and production work of our software solutions. Currently, at the LogIN Data Center level, our data protection mechanisms proactively address the risks of unauthorized access, modification or loss of data,
thereby ensuring a high level of confidentiality, integrity and availability of your business data.

Equipment required to access the VIRGA applications

Desktop VIRGA application solution requires a computer with a minimum of 2 GB of RAM, Internet access (recommendation and antivirus solution), and Java software installed.
The system is accessed via an Internet browser, both from Windows (7, 8, 8.1 or later) and Linux (Ubuntu) based computers.

We are providing our customers with reliable business applications without a long-term contractual obligation, which means that you can cancel your service at any time, with a 60-day notice period in written form (unless otherwise agreed).
The owner of the business data is your company and we are obliged to export it to you in a machine-readable format: pdf, Csv, xls at your one-time request.

The costs for VIRGA applications are divided into one-time implementation costs that depend on the number of contracted modules and the required number of training hours. On the monthly or yearly base we charge for licenses usage including server infrastructure, maintenance and customer support.

In addition to our VIRGA application support, which will encourage you during your work and assist you in the event of errors and possible malfunctions in the system, our helpdesk team consists of experienced staff and experts in the field of retail, production, accounting and finance, human resources, payrolls, and material control understanding your business processes and the nature of your workplace.

Customer support is organized on weekdays from 08:00-16:00 (GMT+1). On temporary or permanent base On-Call services can be arranged.

Our customer support is provided by phone or email in the following extents:

Standard Customer Support: Refers solely to application support contained in the operating manuals, bug fixes, deletion and data entry that the user is not able to perform independently through the application interface.

– Application localization with all legal changes in operations covered with    VIRGA modules (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro)
– Upgrade to the latest VIRGA application versions
– Access to the ON LINE Help desk, video instructions
– Ticketing system – tracking support ticket statuses

Included in the monthly or yearly costs of VIRGA licenses

Expert Customer Support: Is contracted separately at a cost of 400.00 HRK / hour and refers to providing Business Consulting Services. Customers can contract the Expert Customer support services on a flat-rate basis at the monthly level and price of 400,00 HRK / hour or ad-hoc for the price of 500,00 HRK / hour. Minimum chargeable unit is 30 minutes per month.
